Mission
To be the community every entrepreneurial man who's chasing after Jesus with all of his heart needs. Men who are fighting to become their best selves to advance God's Kingdom, to know that they are not alone. To form one unit within every room to where every man realizes their mastermind group has all of the resources we could need to fulfill our God-given purposes and missions on earth.
Vision
A community of men who truly follow what Paul tells us to do in Romans 12. To make our bodies a living sacrifice and grow physically. To be transformed by the renewing of our minds through God's word in the Bible. Creating a bond by solving problems as a collective, open and honest sharing of resources to advance God's kingdom in the earth through our lives and businesses.
Values & Principles
Honor - 1 Peter 2:17 - Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the King.
Growth - James 1:2-4 - Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Margin - Luke 14:28-30 - Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won't you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, saying, This person began to build and wasn't able to finish.
Revelation - Romans 12:2 - Do not conform to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Excellence - Galatians 6:9 - Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
What is a Rooted Mastermind?
A Rooted Mastermind is where a group of growth mindsetted individuals come together in a spirit of harmony to advance the Kingdom of God in and through each man in the room. Each man gets the "Hot Seat" where the collective helps with truth and love to advance in our individual leadership in our Faith, Family, Fitness and Finances with a goal of discovering what God would want us to do in each area and holding each other accountable to attack each of our biggest takeaways from the weekend.

These rooms are built to be the board room every man of God in the marketplace wishes he had.
